Busy Day!
Spent this morning putting up bunting around the school ready for the official opening, ably assisted by various lovely members of staff, and getting sunburnt in the process. Spent this afternoon attending the opening of the school and then at the afternoon tea that followed having a place at the VIP table unexpectedly thrust upon me by the Head so I sat next to HM Lord Lieutenant of Essex and our local MP happily chatting about our lovely little school. And finally thus evening had a cracking Senior karate class with lots of kata. Bit tired now and I have a possibly tiring night tomorrow. Phew!
